I have a heart monitor and it's hard to sleep with and I've been abit unstable so lots of self care.

I'm sorry for not being so active but I've been in and out of hospital for my heart and MH *SI attempt* but I'm doing abit better now. I'm at home watching a movie and chilling out with my family and animals. Things are very rocky on my end. Not knowing what could happen about my heart condition. My alters are constantly playing up at the moment they are really needy. I'm just so tired at this current point. Hospital kept discharging me when I was still unwell and I had to keep

going back to get them to actually understand I was unwell with my heart condition. 
I'm glad that I'm home now. 

Feeling safe back at home with my weighted blankie. 
very switchy today so I may be abit quiet.

Hey @Fluttershy1 I am glad you are back home with your family and animals. It must have been a hard time for you to go back and forth from hospital for your heart condition and MH.
