I attended art therapy this afternoon. We did breath work. It was relaxing and nice to be part of that. Wish they did more things like that.
I can check lunch and dinner off the list for today. And I spent most of the afternoon out of my room. I also seen the dietitian today. Maybe if I had seen her when I first got here things wouldn't of got so bad. Maybe.... if I ever find myself back here, they should put it on my file to automatically have me see her. Could avoid a lot of issues and I wouldn't have this stupid canula in my arm still. I at least have a plan for all meals going forward while I am still here, but hopefully won't need it for long.
just had a lovely chat with my D. She likes to hide under a blanket and calls it her private time with me. She's actually talked to me properly again tonight, which was really nice. I miss seeing her face though. Not allowed to FaceTime here.
