Changing meds

Feeling overwhelming loneliness and sadness today. I'm not liking being here. The nurses are caring and I'm developing a decent r'ship with my new pdoc. However group was triggering this morning - everyone referenced the support they have from family & friends and it was difficult as I don't have any friends (truely IRL I have none) & it's only my Mum who I have family wise. 

I've got such a long road ahead of me and I'm doubting myself again if I have the strength to put one foot in front of the other each day. I hate the roller coaster of my MI.

I haven't cried for a few days, but today the tears are flowing.  😢

Oh gorgeous, thanks for checking in when you've got so much going on yourself @Anastasia 

I'm worried about you and really, really hope that your boys situation improves a little bit soon to ease your concern and own worry. Please reach out to us if you need anything. I'm glad you received some helpful support from the Sane Chat service y'day. It is frustrating that it sometimes isn't available when you need it straight away. But good on you for persevering.
