Just having a bad run of it I guess.

Patiently waiting for things to get a bit easier, as I am putting the effort in.

Good news (I think) - I've ditched my previous psychiatrist & start with a new fellow next week. Had my 1.5 hr intro with him late last week, and he seems very compassionate. I hope the risk of changing is worth it. ?'!?!

Im sure that is very good news WIP, about having found a new pdoc. I'm proud of you for persevering in finding a new pdoc. One that you trust and have confidence in.
