Not sure if anyone else is around, I had a pretty crazy psychologist session today, a lot to process and I napped most of the afternoon, still processing but I have so much stuff coming up as I go through EMDR and other therapy, and I have an inpatient program in 1 week which is a bit anxiety provoking but I am hopeful that it might help.

I got a cup of herbal, today my psychologist got me to act out what I wanted to say and do to some damaging people from my past, I was really self conscience but did it, now processing how I feel about it. I think I smiled spontaneously for the first time in months. Something has lifted.
My psychologist says I shouldn’t drink coffee ( anxiety reasons I think ) might be why I am depressed! @tyme
