Feel better then I did last night I think the pain meds I took last night did nothing @Zoe7 what I have taken this morning helpsed

I have had Covid and bunch of times and this trumps it for sure

So glad you have something to help @ArraDreaming It sounds like it will take a few days to see any major improvement but hoping for your sake it is sooner than that. I do care - I actually love our connection here. I also want to say how proud I am of you (I know I have said it before but it is worth repeating). Even a couple of months ago you would have gone straight to the worst case scenario but you have not done that for some time. Your growth and resilience are both shining through. It would be so easy to fall into old habits when you are so unwell but you are not and you should be so proud of yourself for the massive leaps you have taken. I know from previous chats you want to be more connected with others and I hope in a small way our connections with you here are helping. I cannot speak for @tyme but I certainly value you a lot ❤️

Had a nap - wondered what the constant buzzing noise was - thought it must be something outside like road works or a neighbour with something constantly going then I twigged ...it is the filter on the fishtank - too tired for it to register at first lol

Fair enough. I was sort of free. After the screaming and yelling in the morning, the kids went out. They came back in the arvo just when I was thinking about having an afternoon sleep lol.... (I don't think I would've slept anyway). 

So then I decided to clean and tidy things. @ArraDreaming 

I'm feeling fine. Tonight, I'm going to test if I'm still positive. If not, I'm going to go out after I log off here tonight lol.

I was sitting downstairs and the water from the fish tank filter was so annoying! I can't believe it's prob the first time I've found it annoying but I reckon it's because all the kids were out and I could actually hear it today!!!
