Re: Any diagnosed germophobes or hoarders on this forum?

Dear @Anastasia ...I happened to notice on another thread this morning that you must have posted around 2.30 this morning...is the pain keeping you awake? 😞

I know you have your surgeon appt today...will be interested to hear what they say about your headaches...I hope they have some answers.

I agree that rain is good for nature...I usually like the sound of the rain on the roof too, but I can't fully enjoy it as I always worry about the homeless people out in it without shelter 😞

Thanks for being happy for me about my psychologist resuming work! Yes, it's amazing - it feels like I have support even when I'm not seeing her, just knowing that I have that appt in the future to bring all my troubles and hard-to-cope-with things to her.

My work days are Mondays and Thursdays. I am really hoping that you're not getting any calls from your work asking about things that you're in charge of that no-one else has any clue about how to do!

You sound like a dedicated student...good for you. (I was never a good student haha)

Thanks for all the goodies you sent - energy ball from the other day, hugs, sun, 💚 and coffee <sluuuurp>

Sending you back much 💚 , and wishes.

Re: Any diagnosed germophobes or hoarders on this forum?

Hello dear @NatureLover

I hope this message finds you doing well 🙏

Pain has been interrupting my sleep, yes.

Yesterday's appointment was a bit traumatic and painful. He said headaches should ease 🤞

You are such a kind soul keeping in mind the homeless when it rains. I used to volunteer in assisting to feed them pre covid. So many beautiful souls 😔

Work has not been in touch. Very respectful.

Thank you for updating me with your work days, so today is a day off. Nice. Do you have plans?

My boy meets a new exercise physiologist today, hopefully a good fit and she can make a difference for him 🙏

I'm catching up with two Tafe class mates at 3 for a couple of hours. I intend on writing out my role play this morning to have ready.

Other than that, If headache is kind a bit of reading, washing, tidying and relaxing.

Enjoy your day gorgeous friend 💚

I hope it is full of all that you need to nourish your soul 🤞🙏💚💛🌄🌳

Re: Any diagnosed germophobes or hoarders on this forum?

Oh gosh, @Anastasia , you must've posted before 6 this morning...am really sorry pain's been keeping you awake 😞 Also that your appt was so bad yesterday, oh no 😞

Did the surgeon give you any indication of  when the headaches should ease?

I really hope you can recover from that traumatic appt today, mentally and physically.

Aww, you are the kind soul, helping to feed the homeless. 🙂

That's interesting - is she coming to you? Or ae you going to her?

Today will be rainy and thundery, so this morning I want to go out for a walk and also out shopping before it rains hopefully. Then some reading and laundry.

I hope your headache is kind to you, and you can get done what you want, including plenty of relaxing...

Sending much 💚, and healing vibes...

Re: Any diagnosed germophobes or hoarders on this forum?

Hello dear @NatureLover

I'm sorry I'm only replying now. Yesterday was busy but very productive and nice with my boy. Thank you for the love and healing vibes 💗

I hope you are ok?

I hope you were able to get your walk and shopping in before the rain yesterday.

EP came to us. I let them have their space so my boy could decide if a good fit. He enjoyed it and is happy so we booked in sessions until December, Woot woot, a big win!!!

If I'd been asked six months ago would that have happened, hell no would have been my reply. It's good to reflect on how far he's come so far.

My son is moving tomorrow. He's working today so tonight I'll cook him something special for his "last supper". With Covid I can't go and help/ see his place so as soon as I can I will.

I've woken with a less intense headache this morning so will continue to drink water...the hospital and Dr did tell me I needed to flush out both sinuses and anaesthetic by drinking. I wasn't being diligent enough about the amount.

How's things with your neighbour? Are the boundaries working? What plans do you have for the weekend, reading?

I'm reading a "self help" book "Self Ashored" I'm loving it actually. I plan to make time today for some reading.

Enjoy your weekend dear friend. Big hugs, love and thank you for being you 💛💚🤗💐🌄🌳☀️🌄🌞

Aww, thank you, dear friend Heart

And there's no pressure to reply at all!

I'm OK thanks but a bit overwhelmed by everything. I'm thinking I might take next week off work...I hardly ever take time off, never holiday time but only a day here and there if I'm not coping. The house has got out of control again...well, it always was, I just did the lounge-room floor recently...I'll see how I'm coping today before I ask for the week off.

Yes, the storms didn't eventuate here so I got my walk and shopping in yesterday. Today I went out for my walk at 6.20am, although the clocks have changed and it was actually 7.20am.

I really hope that your less intense headache of yesterday has eased still more??? I was a bit shocked that the anaesthetic could still be in your system 😮

Happy to hear of your big win with the Exercise Physiologist 🙂

I hope you felt up to cooking a big special meal last night? A sad but happy day for you today...

The boundaries are *mostly* working with my neighbour, thankfully. We have to tread carefully around each other, and are not as close these days, as we have such different views and I don't like hearing her call Dan Andrews a "N*zi" who's "trying to cause her not to exist any more". She actually gets mad if she sees people wearing a mask(!). However, we are able to talk about the shared garden, the rose she gave me, the fallen trees in the storm, etc. She's a lovely but angry person, and I've tried to understand her views as they are so bizarre to me...I even went a long way down the feed of an anti-vaxxer that she linked me to. She only linked it to me for a video that said nothing like what she said it said...she said it was saying that Dan Andrews had brought in measures to stop unvaccinated people from getting food or going to the doctor(!). She actually believed that, and was greatly distressed and angry. I told her the video didn't say that at all, that that was unethical and wouldn't possibly happen. She distresses herself so much 😞 But anyway, I couldn't understand all the extreme and weird posts that this anti-vaxxer posted, but at least I gave it a try, in an attempt to understand my neighbour. Usually she doesn't tell me stuff like that.

Sorry, that was a bit long, wasn't it...anyway, you can see how difficult it is and how careful I have to be around her.

Oh, and good news: my back is much improved 🙂

Did you get any time for reading yesterday? I hope to do some reading, but mostly just go slowly today, do a little tidying up, some laundry, and some meditation time. I need a day at home.

I hope your boy copes OK with his brother moving out today. When will he move into the granny flat?

I hope you can take it easy today...do some resting and take care of yourself. Much 💚 and and more healing vibes...

Re: Any diagnosed germophobes or hoarders on this forum?

Dear @Anastasia , good on you for submitting your assignment yesterday...

How is your headache???

I'm feeling fragile so am glad my kind boss agreed to a week off for me this week. Back to the GP this morning aboiut my finger.

Sending much 💚

Re: Any diagnosed germophobes or hoarders on this forum?

Hello dear @NatureLover

I have read all of your news but don't have much puff to respond. I do want to tell you how in awe I am that you recognise you need a break and have this week off.

Please focus on just you, your needs.

I hope GP and you are both happy with finger progress.

I'll be scarce for a few days. I accidentally clicked open my work emailswhilst doing take and then we're more than 200 emails a few days ago. I'm going to be drowning 😔

Really don't want to go back for so many reasons.

Take care sweet friend, nurture your needs and I will be thinking of you. Love and hugs everyday 🌄💚🌳💛🌞

Re: Any diagnosed germophobes or hoarders on this forum?

Thanks @Anastasia  for your lovely reply, especially when you were out of puff, really appreciate. Also for telling me you might not be around much in the next few days.

Am horrified at the 200+ emails in your work folder 😞 When are you due to go back?

I'm still concerned about your headaches and pain and am sending wishes out.

Unfortunately there have been huge family dramas for the last 3 days, that have taken most of my energy. I have hopefully dealt with what I can, and hopefully the rest of the week can be quiet recovery time. The GP cancelled the appt yesterday but as my finger's OK and not infected I didn't reschedule. So all's OK.

No rush to reply to this, please look after yourself and your boy, that's the most important thing. 🙂

Wishing you energy, emotional energy, healing, pain relief, not too much stress over work and those emails, stability for your boy in himself, enough time for yourself each day to replenish your needs, and what you need when you need it.

Much 💚, and hugs.

Re: Any diagnosed germophobes or hoarders on this forum?

@Anastasia  no need to reply, just wanted to let you know I'm thinking of you and sending wishes and hugs and 💚 🙂
