@ Emelia8  - popped in to check on you and so pleased to hear you've contacted your nurse. Well Done! 'cause i know your frightened 💕  Avoidance has a way of magnifying worries. Do  follow through precious lady, one step at a time. 

 Its good to keep an A5 diary for appointments and planning, and maybe  start cooking extra for frozen meals. 

 'One-day-at-a-time' - you're not alone.

Also, don't forget Cancer Council offers a run of free phone counselling sessions 💕
