@Snowie... dinner was good, if I do say so myself. But there is nothing wrong with left overs either.
I agree @WIP that it always seems too hard to cook for oneself. Cooking for one is hard work. Well done on the steamed veges (always healthy) and some chicken done in the George Foreman. Yummy. If I'm on my own, I am more often than not like you in that I may have some cheese and crackers or something like that.
Ha ha ... no @Bunniekins ... unfortunately we did not have peas tonight. Much as I love peas .. I gave hubby a choice of brocollini or sugar snap peas. He chose brocollini. I will have the peas over the weekend with something else. Sorry you are not getting any of the promised rain. I think perhaps over the weekend, you might. I hope so. It sounds like its been a whirlwind romance for your Son1. It would be pretty normal to be concerned, given some of the stories we often hear. Fingers crossed its a genuine relationship and they are both really happy together.
