@I get fruit and veg at a small greengrocer, then I get bread at the bakery and meat at the butcher. It costs a bit more but it keeps me out of the supermarket and in the long run I spend less.

I have a diagnosis of severe depression with psychosis. I’d been well and off medication for several years but I had a psychotic episode earlier this year and have been off work since Marchz

Theres a long story attached but I’ll spare you the details.
