As much as I love the snow, I do enjoy the sunshine too. I like the warmth, but not too hot.

Hopefully you can get some things done for the rental inspection. It is hard having them. Do you only have one per year.

We have 2 rental inspections per year. I find them tough as all my fears about homelessness bubble up to the surface.

Didn't have to wake the kids. S was up at 8:45 and woke his sister up!

Presents done, breakie done, just having some down time before I have to get things ready.

Started raining last night and really hasn't stopped. Had over 80ml in the last 24 hours.
