The kitchen table has kinda been a mess the whole time mum has been away @Jynx  it’s been nice to set up…. Work… go do something else and not have to pack up. Everything is just ready to go when I’m ready. D even joins me sometimes. I have a desk in my room, but it’s not very big. 

Aww I always look out for heart rocks too. My $2 bag of rocks I got from the cheap shop yesterday actually had a small one in there! I’ve kept it aside for something special.

@Bow niiiice, aww I wish you could have like, a dedicated art space even when your mum is home hey. Would a bigger desk fit in the space?

Not really in my room, but a bit of a tidy up of another room I could definitely make room for my own craft desk @Jynx …. Which I actually really like the idea of. I might see what I can do and set something up! 

I love that she loves to make and create too. She did some drawings for me this afternoon… they were so good! 

she’s in bed now @Jynx  its all quiet. Just laying on the couch on my own… listening to the noise inside

im really trying, but I’m having a really rough day. All the progress that I made in hospital has now gone. 
Everyone was saying that it was cause of the anniversary this week, but I knew it was go happen. Maybe the anniversary was just the trigger to kickstart the habits again. 
my headspace is really bad. My SH and SI is really high and now it’s the weekend.

Sorry to hear that @Bow anniversaries are hard to deal with. They dont seem to get any easier.

D is at her fathers tomorrow. I’m not sure what I will do all day yet. And then mums train gets in super early Sunday morning.

I know I still struggle with anniversaries hon. I think this is completely normal.

Family coming in tomorrow lunch. I get a few more hours leave on the weekend so will be nice to spend some time with them. Looks like I will be coming home next Saturday which will be good.

Yeah I’ll have the whole day @Snowie  i think I plan to go wander the shops for a bit. Haven’t been out much recently, so will be good for me to get out of the house. I’ll do my nails as well. Make sure the house is clean for mums return! 😂
