It can be so hard @Captain24 when I think the majority of us here on the forum are quite sensitive to conflict hey. You are allowed to feel impacted, and if 'sucking it up' means repressing your emotions because you don't think you're supposed to be feeling them, I would encourage you to take some deep breaths, and remind yourself that having an emotional response to tension is a normal human thing to feel.
