Re: Share a cuppa?

Your dinner sounds good @Glisten 😊

Yes I am doing paperwork and lawyers about my mum's stuf

Yes in regional,  rural areas,  support services are soo bad

We have been through this soo many times when everything stops then we have to wait for a breakdown again to start the ball rolling again

Re: Share a cuppa?

@Shaz51  Shazy that is a brutal way to treat someone with mental health issues.

It’s unjustifiable.

Re: Share a cuppa?

Thats very hard @Shaz51 . You'd hope for telehealth psychology at least.

I don't know what's happening with my psychologist either.

If only 2 of 35 files left you've done well @Glisten

Re: Share a cuppa?

@Dimity  you are the only person who has said that to me.

It felt so nice to have my effort acknowledged that it brought a tear of happiness to my eye.

It’s been brutal pushing myself through this process. Trauma responses the whole brass band 🥺

Re: Share a cuppa?

Well ✔️ done @Glisten 🥰

Has the last phone call psychology tomorrow afternoon @Dimity

Re: Share a cuppa?

But you've pushed through @Glisten and that's what counts.

@Shaz51 please remember you can ask for a new mental health care plan each year - or an extension if he hasn't used all 10 sessions yet. I think it's usually 6 + 4. And ask the psychologist what the fallback is if he needs help. You don't need to wait for a crisis. It must be unsettling when you're both unwell and you're having a major life change in retiring.

Re: Share a cuppa?

Thank you @Dimity

Did you say something unsettling about yours psychologist

Re: Share a cuppa?

Well yes @Shaz51 it's stopping when I'm dreading my eye surgery. And I haven't finished the therapy.

Re: Share a cuppa?

Ohh no @Dimity , won't they continue afterwards xx

Hello @Tootsy 😊

Re: Share a cuppa?

Morning everyone, just popped in to say hello.

I wish I could move heaven and earth to get the homed, but I getting desperate now, and it's starting to bother me in sleep. I feel alone in this..., I applied for a flat, but it's a week before they decide.

I can feel the good old life storm coming. Because I was long ago rendered without human agency, it is quite scary sitting in this space for in reality eight months.

My councillor calls today, and amazingly only over the phone they know me and my mind very well. So I'm either imprinted with goodness, or the opposite.

It's overcast and temperate, and my SW and me are going to see if we can locate an RSL advocate.

Time is of the essence now. I begged for help for years, but what to do.

Sorry to bother people over brekky, I'll grab my brolly and best be off.

Bye all
