@Anastasia I'm worried by the blank post that you deleted...I had a look and I can't see any news about your Dad...I fear it's bad news and I don't know if you're OK.
Sending many hugs and wishes 💚

@Eve7 yay about your toxic manager taking 6 months off!
I hope the hairdresser made you feel good and that you were OK yesterday.
Happy to have you here chatting 💛☕

I'm worried about you too @Anastasia 😔💞 fearing your dads scan results were bad news.
Like @Eve7 , I know the anxiety around regular scans, going through that process with both my Mum and my husband. And now me too of course. It is not an easy process and takes a toll. Even if the news is not bad. There is so much uncertainty around it all. 🌷
Hi @NatureLover really sorry your SAD is hanging around longer than usual. Very wet where I am, and unfortunately it looks like Melb is in for rain over coming days too. 🌻

Hello @Emelia8 @NatureLover @Eve7
Dad's starts another cycle of 12 weeks chemo on the 10th December.
The two fusions have had little impact but might over the next few days.
We are all very sad but like my friend pointed out to me "could be worse"!!!!!
Yes it could be but right now that is not helpful to hear.
I hope you are all ok.
I'm reading in the background but not much to give for today I'm sorry.
Love to you all 💛

Hello @Anastasia
Really sad to know what you are dealing with @Anastasia .
That comment "It could be worse" has virtually no meaning and can, at times, feel insulting. It is as if the other person has no awareness or recognition of our situation and feelings. Having received that observation at various times, I believe that I can empathise with you with regard to that expression. I hope that in my observations I am not compounding the problem, but rather empathising with you regarding such observations and responses.

Oh gosh, @Anastasia 😞
Please tell me what wishes to send?

I think you know your limits so well, good for you. And no need to be sorry, my friend.
I feel OK to go to work today. The family dramas have eased slightly...no other news.
Sending much 💚, energy, hugs and ☕

Thanks, @Emelia8 ...I am so disappointed as I had paced myself for 3 months of bad depression and it's now nearly 4 months. Thanks for knowing that Melbourne is having more rain Does the rain up there affect you?
