Aww thank you @Anastasia 🥰

And yes wouldn't it be great if we were able to beam ourselves in to our friends in need. 💞

I'm okay, just my anxiety has been peaking the last couple of months. And I haven't been able to bring it under control myself.

Just the usual PTSD high anxiety stuff. I am not sleeping, waking every hour. Heart rate over 100 consistently, feeling the heartbeat in my throat basically.. My GP picked me up on it last month when I was there for flu Vax. I dismissed it saying I had just been for a brisk walk with Hannah, who I had with me. But truth is, I hadn't. It's anxiety!

Anyway I figured it was time to bring the experts in to help out. So I rang for an apt with my psychologist last week, and saw her yesterday.

She has given me some tips on sleep hygiene. It can be cruel at times. And a few other pointers. And a good debrief, since it's a while since I've seen her

On a good note, Hannah came with me. She was a big hit with everyone she came across 💗. I am very lucky, she is an adorable little girl 🐕. And she behaved perfectly for the hour and a quarter that I was in my appointment. Just layed quietly on her mat at my feet. 😍

Really good you got in to seeing your psych @Emelia8

Sounds like they were able to help. Hopefully your sleeping improves.

Good job Hannah!
