@HenryX Silver linings today include:

- The carpet quote man returning to pick up a sample that was left here so I could colour match when the window furnishings person came to quote - this saved me a trip to a regional centre which at present is difficult due to my husband's health.

- getting in the washing just before the rain started

- finding a new strategy to help me keep our home decluttered

Hi Smc, thank you for your note and reference to determined. I'll have to apply the sentiment described in determined's forum name to my plans for riding on Sunday. I've been planning to get out on the motorbike for a week or two and have to give myself a little push now.
